Founded in 1979 on principles of customer satisfaction, energy efficiency, and attention to detail, Baines Construction has been serving the greater Annapolis region for over 30 years and is committed as ever in these difficult economic times. Thomas P. Baines (owner):

Graduate of the School of Architecture, University of New Mexico, Tom pours his knowledge of solar, energy efficient design into every house. With over 30 years of experience building in Maryland Tom has established relationships with homeowners, sub-contractors, and architects alike.

Paul Melius (superintendent):

Having worked with Baines Construction for more than 29 years, Paul is knowledgeable and experienced as a superintendent. Exceptionally organized and detail oriented, Paul is on the job every day and will oversee every aspect of the construction.

Bryan Moran (head carpenter):

With more than 20 years experience in construction, Brian is an expert in all fields and will build your house with quality you can see. Brian is friendly, accommodating, and he maintains a neat job site.
